A year after debuting in the US, Apple is expanding AppleCare One to four more countries. This includes the UK, France, Germany and Australia.
With AppleCare One, you can protect multiple Apple devices through a single monthly subscription.
AppleCare One is meant for users with multiple Apple devices. Instead of separately paying AppleCare+ for each device, you pay a single monthly fee. It offers all the benefits of AppleCare+ for each device at a discounted price.
Like in the US, you can use AppleCare One to protect up to three devices, though you can add more devices for an additional cost.
Besides extending your iPhone, Mac or iPad’s warranty, AppleCare One also includes accidental damage protection. You can make unlimited damage repair claims. However, Theft and Loss coverage is limited to three claims per year across all devices.
AppleCare One is better than AppleCare+ in one key way
Unlike AppleCare+, AppleCare One extends Theft and Loss coverage beyond the iPhone to the iPad and Apple Watch. That makes the bundled plan a more compelling option if you own multiple Apple devices.
If you already pay for AppleCare+, you can move to AppleCare One. Adding a product to AppleCare One will automatically cancel your AppleCare+ subscription, even if you paid annually. In that case, Apple will refund the difference.
In the UK, AppleCare One will cost £16.99 per month for three devices. You can add more devices by paying £4.99 per month for each additional device.
In France, the AppleCare One plan will cost €20.99 per month, with an additional €5.99 applicable for each additional device.
You can even add your existing devices to AppleCare One. However, Apple requires that they are no more than four years old and in good condition.
AppleCare One will go live in the UK, France, Germany and Australia on August 4, 2026.
