Apple has announced a flurry of updates for Apple Creator Studio apps rolling out today, plus previewed some iOS 27 additions coming. Here’s what’s new for Apple Creator Studio.

New updates are rolling out today for Apple Creator Studio apps like Pixelmator Pro, Final Cut Pro, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and more.

Here’s a brief summary, from Apple’s press release:

Updates bring new integrations with Pixelmator Pro across Final Cut Pro, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers; even more intelligent tools in Final Cut Pro; the ability to generate shapes to further customize a project; and a new Producer Project in Logic Pro

Apple has made it easy to edit images from iWork apps and Final Cut Pro directly in Pixelmator Pro with its more powerful editing tools. Changes will be automatically and seamlessly saved in the original app.

Pixelmator Pro also adds the Content Hub and advanced image generation. And the ability to generate vector shapes comes to Pixelmator Pro alongside Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.

Final Cut Pro is adding new tools like:

  • Generate Captions
  • Edit Detection
  • Auto Mask
  • “Creator Themes with support for multiple aspect ratios, dynamic titles, and customizable backgrounds”

Logic Pro is getting new features too, like a revamped Chord ID, new Producer Project, a new granular sync mode in Alchemy, and more.

Finally, Apple also adds that in iOS 27, Freeform will gain “the ability to generate shapes and open an image in Pixelmator Pro, in addition to introducing Dark Mode, folders to organize boards, and support for drawing on Mac.”

Apple Creator Studio costs $12.99/month and provides access to apps like Pixelmator Pro, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and more, plus exclusive features in the iWork suite of apps.
