The website for claiming your settlement valued at up to $95 per eligible device in Apple's delayed Siri lawsuit is now live. You have until December 21 to make a claim.
Apple was sued in a class-action lawsuit for delaying Siri features related to the implementation of artificial intelligence. Since various iPhone models were advertised and sold as compatible with the impending then delayed upgrades, the plaintiffs made their case.
The lawsuit reached a settlement of $250 million, with those able to make a claim able to get between $25 and $95 per eligible device. As first spotted by MacRumors, the settlement claims website is now live.
If you live in the United States and purchased any of the following iPhones between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025, you are eligible to file a claim:
The purchase must have been for personal or business use and not for resale. Those choosing to file for a claim or exclude themselves from the claim must do so by December 21.
A final approval hearing will be held on February 24 to assess the number filing for the claim, what is owed to the attorneys, litigation costs, and other fees before distributing funds.
