Apple has started notifying users that iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max pre-orders have officially shipped. Here’s how to check the status of your order.

Apple says first iPhone 18 Pro pre-orders now ‘Shipped’

iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max begin arriving in users’ hands this Friday, September 18.

And now, many of the earliest pre-orders have been updated to say ‘Shipped’ in the Apple Store app and on Apple’s website.

You can check your iPhone 18 Pro pre-order status in the Apple Store app by opening the ‘For You’ tab for the latest update. Or you can visit Apple’s website and open the Orders page from there.

If you’ve opted into text updates, you might also receive a text from the Apple Store with the shipping update.

With iPhone pre-orders, Apple offers tracking across four steps: Processing, Preparing to Ship, Shipped, and Delivered.

Apple also provides a link to tracking info for your new iPhone. That link takes you to the third-party delivery partner’s website (e.g., UPS), which in some cases can provide more detailed info on your delivery window.
