TBD: The Savant

We’ve waited a long time for Apple’s delayed thriller series The Savant, starring Jessica Chastain. And the latest expectation is for a July release on Apple TV.
The Savant was controversially pulled from Apple’s release schedule last fall, very shortly before its planned premiere. But Chastain confirmed recently that the series will be seen soon, with Variety’s sources reporting a July release.
Nothing official has been announced, so it could be a while yet before The Savant arrives. But here’s hoping a July premiere does happen.
New episodes: Cape Fear, Sugar, Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed, and more

July will bring new episodes for several current Apple TV series too, including:
- Star City: For All Mankind spinoff continues through July 10
- Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed: Tatiana Maslany series continues through July 15
- Cape Fear: Psychological horror thriller with Javier Bardem continues through July 31
- Sugar: Colin Farrell detective show continues through August 7
