Apple has increased how many personalized email addresses you can make from custom domains connected to iCloud+, from a meager three up to a more useful ten.

One of the features of iCloud+ is the ability to set up custom email domains with the service. Instead of using the old iCloud.com or mac.com addresses, users were able to connect domain names they owned and have custom emails instead.

On September 30, as first spotted on Reddit, an Apple Support page was quietly updated to reveal a change in usage limits for the feature. Now, users can set up to five custom domains with iCloud+, and create up to ten personalized email addresses per domain.

The new email limit isn't limited to the account, but per user. Each person that the domain is shared with can create up to ten personalized email addresses using that domain.

Previously, while users could set up to five custom domains, they were limited to only three personalized emails per domain.

While the change will be beneficial to families, it will be more useful for users who set up domains for business emails. Three email addresses is really limiting from a business perspective, with ten being a better number for small business users with a handful of staff.
